All orders placed with Fleurette Blooms require full payment at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Fleurette Blooms does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, order cancellations, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction after delivery or pickup.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because our arrangements are custom-made and prepared specifically for each order:

  Orders cannot be canceled for a refund once payment has been processed.

  Any order canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time will be forfeited in full.

  Requests for changes must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.
  

Floral Variations

Flower types, colors, and container styles may vary due to seasonal availability and market conditions. These variations are a natural part of floral design and do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or credits.
